At Pineve, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Our return policy is designed to give you a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free experience. If you are not completely happy with your T-shirt or any other apparel item you ordered, we’re here to help. Please read the guidelines below to understand how returns, refunds, and exchanges work on our store.

We accept returns for most products within 7–15 days of delivery (you can adjust the days). To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, stains, perfume, or any form of damage caused after delivery will not qualify for return. For hygienic and quality-control reasons, we reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our return standards.

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page or email us with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will provide step-by-step instructions on how to send the product back. In some locations, pickup service may be available; otherwise, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.

After we receive your returned item, our quality check team will inspect it. This process usually takes 24–72 hours. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3–7 working days to reflect in your account. If you choose an exchange, we will ship the new item as soon as the return is verified.

Please note that some products may not be eligible for return, including customized, personalized, or limited-edition T-shirts. Clearance or sale items may also fall under a “no returns” category unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your order is delivered with a defect, incorrect item, or size mismatch caused from our end, we will offer a full replacement at no extra cost. In such cases, please share clear photos or a short video within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Shipping charges, if any, are typically non-refundable, except in cases where the mistake is on our side (wrong product, damaged item, or manufacturing defect). If the return reason is based on customer preference—such as size change, color change, or style change—return shipping costs may need to be covered by the customer.
